Q. How much does the consultation generally cost?
A. The actual cost varies depending on the project. We will evaluate your project and estimate costs free of charge.

Q. What if I want to hire another company to do the work in the consultant bid.
A. The fees charged are a service. All details, plans, material selections are your property upon full payment.

Q. What if we hire Consolidated Contractors to do the work.
A. You will be credited with 50% of the consultant fee towards your project price. Plus, you will receive excellent one on one customer service and attention to detail.

Q. What is the main benefit of a remodeling consultant package?
A. Most contractors are in the "Bidding Process", which is a free service in most cases, so they are compelled to cut corners to try to win the bid. This causes underestimates on allowances and material selections that you may not want. This in turn creates a "Change Order" that will be an additional charge. The design package we put together for you has every selection made by you ensuring you get exactly what you want.

Q. Does this help the project time table?
A. Yes! We will pre-order any special order items before construction begins. Plus, we will have all details needed for electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers etc. that will need specific information to avoid costly delays and more importantly costly mistakes.
